The auto attendant answers calls and transfers to the individual homes, based on the caller's menu selection. Elimination of International Long Distance Fees

Challenge: A business that has a location in Loveland and one in China came to us looking for help. Frequent international calls were making for some really high phone bills.

Solution: FRII was able to provide a phone with a local Loveland phone number for their office in China. Once a VoIP phone has a phone number assigned to it, you can plug it into any live Internet connection and start making calls. Solution: With FRII's VoIP service, satellite workers can utilize the remote office feature, which makes calls appear that they are coming from the main office on caller ID, giving a more professional appearance. All calls made using the remote office feature are billed to the company and not the workers phone bill.
